HTC Shift
There are regular Pocket PC phones and then there are behemoths like the HTC
Shift. In many ways, the HTC Shift can't even be considered a PDA phone, because it rocks a huge 7-inch touchscreen LCD with a crazy 800x480 resolution and fantastic handwriting recognition.
But that's not all! You can slide and tilt this UMPC-like phone to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard, effectively giving you a mini laptop that you can use to do everything you would on a regular computer. In fact, the HSDPA-equipped HTC Shift runs a full build of Windows Vista!
With 1GB of RAM, a 30GB HDD, and a 1.2GHz Via CPU, this "phone" -- if it can even be called that -- is a force to be reckoned with.
