It seems that ever since the Apple iPhone got announced, every other cell phone manufacturer has been working on creating mobile phones with full-face LCD touchscreens. The LG Prada phone is a highly exclusive unit with a very svelte appearance and the newly announced Samsung P520 is much the same.

There are no physical keys on the front of the phone with the exception of the tiny call and end buttons near the bottom. Unlike other “calculator” phones that Samsung has released in the past, this one comes with a huge QVGA touchscreen.

Other niceties include a lightweight 102 gram construction, microSD expansion slot, 50MB of internal memory, tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, 802.11b/g WiFi including support for UMA (the automatic switching between cellular and WiFi radios for voice calls), USB connection, a 3.0 megapixel camera with QCIF video, MP3/ACC/ACC+ player, FM radio, TV out, and a document viewer that supports PDF, DOC, PPT, and XLS files.
